Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (£6.99)
- Next Day Delivery: Order by 1 PM GMT (£9.99)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Monitor your delivery via our Order Tracker.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Free standard shipping on orders over £50
- Typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing
- No delivery on weekends or bank holidays
International Shipping
We ship to select countries with:
- Delivery times of 5-14 business days
- Customs fees/duties (customer’s responsibility)
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Shipping Restrictions

Failed Deliveries
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unsuccessful customs clearance
Will incur a reshipping fee.
Change of Address
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement via our Order Support.
Damaged Items
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery via our Support Form. Include photos of damaged items and packaging.
